AIM-GET Agency Planning

Have the agency you always wanted.

Chip Griffin created the AIM-GET Framework for Agency Success to examine every aspect of your business today to help plan for tomorrow.

No two agencies are exactly the same. Chip works with each agency owner to utilize the AIM-GET Framework to ask the right questions and help guide you to create a business that achieves your personal goals.

Being an agency owner is hard. Sometimes it is lonely. Most agency leaders have never run another business. Many became agency owners by accident.

The AIM-GET Planning & Implementation Process helps guide you as you take your agency to the next level.

Here’s who this is for

Chip works with agency owners who are committed to change and want to learn. Our best clients have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong communications chops, and a willingness to invest time and effort in their agency’s continued growth and development.

You can learn more about our ideal clients here.

Here’s how it helps

This workshop steps through each component of the AIM-GET Framework:

  • Ambition
  • Identity
  • Management
  • Growth
  • Execution
  • Talent

It includes the core elements of all of the following:

Each engagement is customized to the specific needs of the client.

Here’s how it works

This workshop is typically conducted in-person (either at your office or an off-site location in conjunction with a team meeting or leadership retreat)and will typically take 2-3 days.

We determine the agenda and schedule based on a pre-workshop questionnaire and an initial planning call that reviews key concerns.

As part of the process, Chip has conversations with agency employees to get feedback and ideas in 1-on-1 and group settings.

The core of the workshop involves a series of meetings with the the owner and management team to explore what is being done and what improvements can be made.

At the conclusion of the workshop, Chip will send a summary report that highlights his key observations and next steps.

After Chip sends the summary, we will schedule a follow-up call to review any questions that come to mind upon further reflection. You also have 90 days to submit questions by email and schedule 2-3 implementation calls.

Here’s what you get

As part of this workshop, you get hours of valuable feedback along with the concise meeting summary with the key observations and recommendations that Chip has for your agency.

After the workshop is complete, you will still have 90 days of email questions plus a follow-up call to address implementation questions.

Once you have completed this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Implement the recommendations on your own,
  • Work with Chip on implementation, or
  • Partner with another coach or consultant on implementation

Here’s what it costs

This workshop-style program costs $12,500 plus travel expenses, including the cost of the Agency Business Checkup process. (If you have completed the ABC process within 90 days of the start of this planning process, we will credit that fee toward the cost of this workshop.)

The price includes 1-on-1 conversations with up to 5 employees, plus an optional group session. If desired, a broader survey of team members can be conducted. Additional 1-on-1 conversations cost $150 each and group sessions cost $350.

Travel costs are charged to the client at cost and will be estimated for approval in advance. Additional charges may apply for agencies with more than one owner since this often adds to the complexity of the process.

For agencies with different circumstances or needs, Chip can work with clients to develop a customized AIM-GET Framework process or implement individual workshops on a standalone basis.
