After a year of seeking an acquisition to gain a presence in the San Francisco area, Clarity PR purchased tech PR consultancy DRSmedia.
David Speiser, founder of DRSmedia, will assume the role of Managing Director of the San Francisco office. This will be the fourth outpost for Clarity who already has a presence in New York, London, and Berlin.
“I have long felt that the addition of a San Francisco office was strategically critical to the success of Clarity’s long-term growth plans. DRSmedia, with its established Silicon Valley relationships, is the perfect complement to our existing operation which is focused on a hands-on approach and exceptional client service,” said Clarity CEO Sami McCabe.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
