Get the agency you want with expert advice and support from your peers.

Clients turn to you for advice, but who do you turn to?

Most agency owners don’t miss having a boss. But we do miss having someone to answer our questions.

Someone who can understand our business.

Someone who can help us stop reinventing the wheel.

Someone who can offer fresh perspective.

Someone who can support us in challenging times.

Someone who can provide a second opinion.

Chip Griffin

There’s no reason to take on the risk and stress of running your own business if you don’t get what you want.

As a longtime entrepreneur and agency owner, I have been in your seat. I know what what works – and what doesn’t.

When you become a SAGA Pro member, I will help you build a business that meets your goals.

– Chip Griffin, SAGA Founder

Goals

Setting clear objectives for yourself, your agency, and your team members will help you achieve progress more quickly.

Profitability

You learn how to create project budgets, review expenses, and adjust pricing to get the profit margins you need.

Positioning

Most small agencies benefit from establishing a clear focus instead of trying to be all things to all people.

Sales & Marketing

By establishing consistent, repeatable processes, we can eliminate much of the fear and pain that inhibits growth.

Client Retention

Keeping clients happy is more than just getting good results, and we help you build systems to stack the odds in your favor.

Team Management

Agency success relies on talented individuals, but finding and retaining them is always a challenge.

Strategic Planning

Knowing where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow allows you to plot a path for the future.

Accountability

Agency owners often don't have anyone to turn to for second opinions or candid feedback, and that's where an outside advisor helps.

You have questions. We have answers.

How can I free up more time to work on my business instead of just doing client service?

How should I generate more quality leads to increase my revenue?

How do I measure profitability correctly to make sure I’m making what I should?

How should I price my agency’s services to close more business and make more money?

What kind of compensation plan should I have for my new hire?

I want to sell my business in the next few years, but I don’t know what to expect.

How will I know when it is the right time to hire a new employee?

How do I handle a difficult client who makes unreasonable demands?

How can I grow my agency if I hate doing sales?

Frequently Asked Questions

Clients and customers of any business shouldn’t be held hostage by overly aggressive contracts. Stick with your SAGA Pro membership because you’re getting lots of value from it, not because you got boxed in.

There is usually an Office Hours session on Wednesdays at 1 PM ET. Additional times may be scheduled periodically to meet the needs of members in different time zones or for whom that regular time is not convenient.

Most of the office hours, roundtables, and master classes are recorded so you can access them even if you can’t join live.

Members will meet periodically via Zoom to discuss a topic of shared interest. These are opportunities to share experiences with and learn from your peers through facilitated conversations.

The SAGA Pro Membership provides group training and support, but Chip Griffin is available for 1:1 coaching and consulting engagements. Pro members receive a discount when booking any of these additional services.
