Founder & CEO
Chip Griffin created SAGA to help agency owners build the businesses that they are happy to own. He is a serial entrepreneur with a track record of building businesses that serve the PR and marketing community.
He has worked in a wide variety of roles in communications businesses, starting as a junior account executive at a boutique public affairs firm and eventually serving as Chief Operating Officer for a global media intelligence agency.
As someone who has owned an agency himself, he understands the challenges and opportunities his clients see every day.
JEN GRIFFIN
SAGA Community Manager
Jen Griffin works with small agency owners to help connect them to the best resources that SAGA has to offer.
She is a constant presence in the SAGA Community on Slack and on various social networks to share the latest insights.
Jen also serves as a concierge of sorts for SAGA clients and community members to help them get what they need in order to grow their agencies successfully.
With a background in customer service and agency administration, Jen brings practical experience to her role and ensures the community’s needs are met.
