Our conversations are open and honest. Chip asks tough questions and shares his candid perspective. Sometimes it may be uncomfortable, but it is all designed to help you with the issues you face as an owner, including things like growth strategies, market positioning, staffing issues, client challenges, exit planning, and more.
Focus on timely challenges and opportunities
Each time you meet with Chip, he will review your accomplishments, examine obstacles, question assumptions, and offer an independent perspective. When possible, we conduct the sessions by video call to improve engagement.
As an added benefit, Chip will perform a quarterly financial review. When you close your books for the quarter, you will share your P&L, balance sheet, accounts receivable/payable, and he will review and provide feedback or ask questions via email and/or on the next regularly scheduled call.
