What it does

The Agency Reboot is an intensive month-long process designed to identify necessary change and create a plan to get you on track for success.

We start by understanding what you want to change and the results you want to achieve.

Then we take a deep dive to look at the current health of your agency business and explore challenges and opportunities.

With that information in hand, we dig in to the challenges to find realistic solutions and brainstorm how to take advantage of the opportunities that already exist.

You will walk away knowing much more about your business and what it takes to get to the next level of success with your agency — along with a plan for how to do just that.

How it works

It starts with a detailed questionnaire to provide a background for our conversations and to start to uncover the key issues we need to explore.

Next, we hold a series of remote work sessions to discuss your business in-depth and review the fundamentals. At each step along the way, we will identify items for follow-up and offer practical advice and solutions that you can begin to implement immediately.

Over the course of a month, we have a series of 1-on-1 calls to explore solutions and craft plans for moving forward.

At the conclusion of the work sessions, we will schedule a follow-up session to review progress and offer additional feedback as needed.


The first step is to complete the questionnaire. That usually takes about a week to gather the necessary information and provide thoughtful answers.

Then we move into the collaborative portion of the engagement:

  • Week 1: We will hold three remote work sessions of about 90 minutes in length to identify the most critical areas for attention.

  • Week 2: We use a 90-minute work session to plot a path forward, including potential solutions to the biggest challenges.

  • Week 3: We will have 1-2 calls to address remaining issues that require attention.

  • Week 4:  A final wrap-up session provides feedback on plans and changes already underway.

A follow-up call is typically scheduled 2-3 weeks after the final work session to review progress and answer any questions.


A typical Agency Reboot costs $4500.

Additional fees may apply for agencies with more than one owner.

You may also add employee or client feedback sessions for more insight.
