The GET Results Action Planning process helps you build a plan that meets the objectives of your strategic plan.
Together, we will use the AIM-GET Framework to take an in-depth look at the key tactical elements:
The process will review your business development program (including prospects, pricing, and proposals).
Next, we look at client service to identify areas for improvement, both for results and profit.
Finally, we review your recruiting and retention efforts to make sure you have the team you need to take you to the next level — however you define that for your own business.
Who it is for
PR & marketing agency owners who choose to pursue the GET Results Action Planning process typically have one of the following interests:

How it works
It starts with a detailed questionnaire to provide a background for our conversations and to start to uncover the key issues we need to explore.
A kick-off call sets the stage for the rest of the engagement and refines the agenda to meet the needs that we identify together.
Next, we hold a series of remote work sessions to discuss your business in-depth and review the fundamentals. At each step along the way, we will identify items for follow-up and offer practical advice and solutions that you can begin to implement immediately.
At the conclusion of the work sessions, we will schedule a follow-up session to review progress and offer additional feedback as needed.
It takes about 4-6 weeks to complete the entire GET Results Action Planning process.
The first step is to complete the questionnaire. That usually takes about a week to gather the necessary information and provide thoughtful answers.
The kick-off call takes place shortly after the questionnaire has been completed and returned.
Next, we will hold about a half dozen remote work sessions of about 90 minutes each to explore the information you shared and offer immediate feedback and suggestions.
You will share drafts of the key elements of your action plan for Chip’s feedback and suggestions as we move forward on each section. He will also likely review some of your existing business development, client service, and human resources documents and processes.
There may be additional emails and phone calls as needed to complete the work.
A typical GET Results Action Planning process costs $4500.
