Clarity has substantially boosted its presence in the United Kingdom by acquiring London-based Dynamo PR. The acquisition allows gives Clarity some additional team members in San Francisco.
The news comes not long after The Brewery took a minority stake in Clarity.
“Paul [Cockerton] and Peter [Bowles], Dynamo’s founders, have done an amazing job of building an agency brand renowned for its vibrant culture and outstanding work. I’ve long been in awe of their creative and innovative approach to building their agency, and I can’t wait to learn from them as we move forward together as one company,” said Clarity CEO Sami McCabe in a blog post.
