Calvert Street Group, a Nashville-based consulting firm, has hired Haley Davidson as their new Chief Operating Officer. Founded by Darden Copeland in 2009, Calvert Street specializes in government affairs, and has additional offices in Washington, DC.
Davidson will be leaving her job as Director of Communications for U.S. Rep. Jim Cooper, D-Nashville, where she has worked for the last 12 years.
“We’re very pleased Haley has agreed to join the Calvert Street Group,” said managing director Copeland. “Her wide range of expertise and understanding of what it takes to build community understanding and support are going to be an invaluable asset for our clients.”
The firm has served clients in 46 states, and have included Comcast and Walmart, and specializes in grassroots lobbying.
